The Event Ambassador is responsible for providing service and assistance to all event guests while supervising interactive areas by maintaining crowd control, line management, traffic flow and overall safety of the guests during Dazzling Nights™, hosted at Leu Gardens in Orlando, FL.

This is a SEASONAL/TEMPORARY position with an expected start date around November 14^th for the duration of the show dates through January 3^rd.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to ensure Memoir quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be able to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs required. **Reasonable accommodations will be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.**
• Must be willing and able to step into other roles on the event site after an appropriate amount of training, including ticket scanning, parking, and other general event staffing roles

Work Environment & Schedule

• Seasonal/Temporary role for a minimum commitment of 7 weeks (November 14^th – January 3^rd); additional hours available beginning October 19^th and continuing until January 15^th
• Approximately 25-30 hours per week.  Must be available for evening shifts beginning at 4:30pm and ending at 11:30pm.
• Work will occur at event location consisting of outdoor site environments, including active construction or production settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Rate of Pay $18.00 per hour
