The Arrivals Ambassador is responsible for greeting all guests to the event and assisting with a variety of service tasks such as check-in procedures, providing event information, and overseeing All-Inclusive guest check-in. during Dazzling Nights™, hosted at Leu Gardens in Orlando, FL.

This is a SEASONAL/TEMPORARY position with an expected start date around November 14^th for the duration of the show dates through January 3^rd.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service as you warmly welcome guests and ensure Memoir quality standards are met and guests have a fantastic experience 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior work experience delivering high standards of customer service through displaying excellent problem solving skills and an acute attention to detail.
• Prior experience with mobile ticketing platforms preferred.
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures)
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. **Reasonable accommodations will be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.**
• Must be prompt, and be able to work all shifts assigned.
• Reliable forms of communication & transportation
• Staff provide their own attire, with approval (black pants & shirts are recommended; closed toe shoes are required at all times).
• Staff must be willing and able to step into other roles on the event site after an appropriate amount of training. These other areas include, but are not limited to, ticket scanning, parking, and other general event staffing roles. 

Work Environment & Schedule

• Seasonal/Temporary role for a minimum commitment of 7 weeks (November 14^th – January 3^rd); additional hours available beginning October 19^th and continuing until January 15^th
• Approximately 25-30 hours per week.  Must be available for evening shifts beginning at 4:30pm and ending at 12:00am.
• Work will occur at event location consisting of outdoor site environments, including active construction or production settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Rate of Pay $18.00 per hour
